i was just wondering if anyone else was having problems getting in contact with vicroads? i just want to do a simple address change, yet every time i have tried to call them in the last week the phone number (13 11 71) it is engaged.
when i try to get on the website, the browser sits there looking like it will load the page (although quite slowly) and then times outs. this is both at home and at work.
i just wanted to know if anyone else was having these issues or if it were just me? cause its rather annoying.
