When I bought it in September 2003 it had 174,000kms on the clock,

So in 3years and 3months (39months) i've done 32,000kms... thats only an average of
9846 per year
820 per month
205 per week
29 per day

now lets say that it consistently got 10km per litre of fuel used, that'd mean that I've used about 3,200 litres of fuel, at current prices (around 106pl) that's $3392 of fuel all up...
roughly $1000per year
$83 per month
$20 per week
$2.85per day

Funny thing is, is that I've done nearly 2000kms in the past fortnight

My 1992 U12 GLi ticked over to 100,000km the other day. It was quite a milestone so I pulled over and took a photo

. When I bought it about 11 months ago, it had only about 83,700km on it

It still runs pretty good, although since it's an older car the rubber seals in the engine bay are deteriorating a bit, and my power steering hose is leaking. But the rest is fine!

So anyway, I've done 16,300km since I got it, so thats 48 weeks I've had it or somthing? Anyway, thats roughly 339km a week. Wow.

yes true but it is advisable to do it every 5 years even if you have only done 50000 ks they deteriate over time

ticked over 337,000, so I decided to give him a present. I changed the air and fuel filters. Some of the EFI hoses were rock solid...

My 91 trx has done 205000 on first motor, just put a new motor in at 210000.
Did the cvs and clutch no other problems to report.

11/89 U12 Pintara GLi, done approximately 136,000km (odometer gear broke in December at 130,800

)
Bought in April last year with 111,800km.. done about 24,000km since, which equates to about 521km/week

Needs a new clutch though, getting that fixed next Monday with a Exedy heavy duty kit

Bought the car in December had 151,000k's on the clock, as far as i am aware it's still the original motor. Was perfect when i bought it, and still is of course!

1991 Nissan Stanza not sure how many kilometers 950 miles is but that's what I have this car was bought and stored in an old womans garage for 16 years, she died and it was passed onto her son who sold it to me.

that's amazing, the engine probably hasn't even been broken in properly yet... make sure you do a full service before driving it around too much.

ticked over 340,000 (212,000 Miles or thereabouts)

Bought it 6 years ago with 194000 km on it. Has not put a foot wrong, through teaching the now missus and my best mate how to drive (don't ask how straight the body is) A few forays into illegal speeds, and some rough roads that would make a RAV4 blush...

- had rings redone at 115,000kms just before a bought in midway through last year.
- Original motor, gear box ect.
