On that note, does anyone have any pictures of TRX's in black?

Insu · « **Reply #3 on:** Oct 26, 2003, 06:13PM »

N.B: The quality of this picture is obviously crap, i had to reduce it heaps in order to keep under the 75kb attachment file.
And i couldnt be bothered to upload it to my own website and then linkin it...

i reckkon the first one looks shit hot
nice work

imaspy · « **Reply #11 on:** Oct 27, 2003, 12:51AM »

this is my view of the hothouse green with sirtrx's car as guineapig again!
note it looks a bit lighter in this photo because the sun is shining directly on to it. the base color would probably be a bit deeper without direct sunlight on it.

Insu · « **Reply #12 on:** Oct 27, 2003, 01:10AM »

Its a nice colour, i wonder why holden have discontinued it?

BEEFY_1600 · « **Reply #13 on:** Oct 27, 2003, 09:58AM »

Cause apparently they are going to have one new colour per model like the vy2 has that new purple colour

cheers audio muncher and JET-24L.

Nope, nissan never came out with a stock black TRX - got it re-sprayed a while ago. For costs and details, PM me.

JET-24L - those pictures were taken at antrx melbourne cruise 10 - melbourne to torquay. I cant remember the exact location but budginator should be able to tell you or you can read about that cruise here http://www.antrx.com/yabb/index.php?board=15;action=display;threadid=1305

Jet-24L and 'flow...

Those pics were taken on the grass foreshore at Fishermans Beach, Torquay. We were parked just along the esplande.

photoshop tutorials will be run every fortnight on thursdays. cost will be $70 per session, can of pepsi included! lol

the type of photoshop work we've all done here is real bread'n'butter stuff... so it wouldnt take the average joe too long to use it.

Definatley.

Are you at uni imaspy? I'm doing multimedia at VUT... photoshop is the be-all and end-all of most of my design work.

We could have a game of photoshop tennis one night... editing a TRX or something along those lines.

imaspy · « **Reply #28 on:** Oct 29, 2003, 02:10PM »

i'm a graphic artist, so photoshop isn't my be-all and end all because there are too many other apps i have to use - but its definately my fave to play with and ive used it for 5 years now.. so much fun!

Insu · « **Reply #29 on:** Oct 29, 2003, 10:14PM »

Its certainly a very good image manipulating tool.

Thou you can never underestimate the effectiveness of paint!!
