back door wont open HELP PLEASE!!!!

my cars on ebay, and i have a couple coming to see it on the weekend, but now the drivers side rear door wont open, both handles seem to be fine, but when you go to open it its like the catch releases, but not all the way. it goes from being properly shut, to ajar enough that the door moves in and out on the latch, but it just wont open,

anyone else had this problem? anyone with any ideas to get it open?

alot of lube and then start with just one finger, eventually working in 2, 3 etc etc...

mine wont let u open it from inside.. but outside u can, but thats the kiddy lock lol, u tryed movin the catch bak?

with the back door 'half' open, can you get the inside door skin off to see what the problem is?

its not opening enough to do anything, its only got about 5-10mm of movement, then it feels like the catch is holding it.

Did you solve this?
As mentioned it sounds like its just not quite releasing all the way.  If you get a small screwdriver thread it through rear hole of the outside handle and jiggle around carefully you can open the door.
