Clutch help!!

ok i got a new clutch master cylinder.....
as my other one decided to die... and the clutch is engaging right at the end, and only just!...its not slipping but its goin to soon i think.... i just wanted to kno if anyone could give me any pointers at tuning the pushrod because im guessing thts wat it is.... m brother jus cut the bolt so it would fit..... but obviously didnt tune it at all.... so yea any pics or info on how to tune it would be well wicked!!

If its engading right at the end and your clutch is not slipping, you need to lengthen the rod slightly. Check to see how much free play is in the clutch pedal!!!!!
Also re-bleed the clutch hydrolic system.

hold on, are you saying that your brother cut the rod of for your slave cylinder to get it to fit between the slave cylinder and the clutch fork? or did he do that to his?

well all i kno is that he said it didnt fit in.... so he had to cut it to fit.... im pretty sure he cut it, after it goes through the U because it was hitting sumthihng? i wasnt here so i dont kno.... so i should wind it so thebolt goes into the firewall further? so i can see less of the bolt...
