car wont start, or starts then stops!

Ok here are the problems i am having.

A few weeks ago i noticed my idle was a little funny at times and when the clutch was put in while driving the idle took a long time to drop, like it was coming down but taking twice, or three times as long as normal.

Also sometimes when i come into a corner in second the engine is pushing me, not like where it usually just gradually slows. this also happens in 3rd and 4th when traveling but only when foot is off the accelerator but is not as noticable as the speed is higher.

About a week ago anoth problem turned up where when i stared from a stop or changed gears the car was like stalling, a violent jerk u could call it. this only ever happened as i was putting my foot back onto the accelerator.

and a day or so after that the car either just wouldnt start, or when it did if i didnt put my foot ont the accelerator and hold it at about 2000 revs it would stall out.

ive checked the spark, fuel, dizzy, MAF, wires and connections around the throttle body and injectors and cant see anything abnormal.

so if you are still here after reading all that and have any answers for me id vey much appreciate the help

intake leak after the maf. if not then its iac/pcv issue. I just discovered an intake leak was giving me similar problems today.

iac/pcv issue, what exactly is this??

PCV is the positive crankcase ventilation valve. it's in the hose that runs out of the top of the engine. IAC i'm not too sure about. Download the Corsair Full service manual on here, and it will be well explained. It's about 25 Meg, but well worth it

woops i meant to say aac instead of pcv, its all 3 letter abbreviations lol. just check the plug hasn't fallen off the aac otherwise the car will idle at 200rpm.

Could be a sticky Idle Air Control valve as well. They get gunk built up on them and jam.
