Wow thats pretty extreme, and not what I had expected.  :o  Although not sure what I did expect, think you should have got rid of the pinstripe around the car first.  To me it just looks odd I suppose due to the stocko wheels and door lock scratch pad.

But then its probably not my style, I like the strait lines and keeping everything lined up neatly... the brand decals would be lined up neatly in true jap style if I had the guts to do it.  I do give you praise for trying it and experimenting with it, i'm sure many of us who give feedback wouldnt attempt something like this unless they had seen something similar done by someone else.

hrmmm,

Don't like the flame type things. The brand decals look alright

although I think
they should be
lined up
like this.

Each to their own though I guess.

Thanx guys for ur comments. As I am an International Student and Studying Full Time and cant work more than 20 hrs a week, Doing up cars is my passion.....So i try to do most things by myself, does'ny matter mechanical modifications or visual I do all by my self.  Cant gather much money to spent on the car like Rims n all but I still I spent more money than what I eat :p  . I am not sure how to remove the Black Trim off the body, I think if i remove the Black trim it will leave crazy Silicone marx. Please guide me.

I think you are right, do it on a hot day to get the strips off without taking the paint with it, then on a cooler day you should beable to scrape the remaining adhesive off without too much damage to paint.  But have a spray can ready just in case (impact red).  ;)

I know exactly what you mean there... I'm supposed to be saving for a wedding and yet still spending money on car stuff  :-[   However at the moment i'm trying to do stuff i already have materials for, such as my door trims, or shaved locks.  you dont seem to be doing too badly with what you got there.

Thanx for your guidance colby. I got Imapct Red paint cans lying around my room coz I was painting a spoiler to go on. I got the spoiler Off a 1991 Pintara Ti for 50 Bucks. It was grey in colour....so.... I have finished sandin it and 75% paint is ON. When I will finish the paint job i will post the pix of the painted spoiler before putting it on. I cant beleive that I can paint that well. I am doing Paint for the first time and its first attempt on the Vinyls as well.

perhaps colour coding your door handles and then following the vinyls' lines on them?...

I've seen alot more vinyls around since you posted this so you must be bringing them back in style :P

Good idea smiley, may be i will colour code my Door handles now. Before i was thinking to get some Chrome plated ones off a Ti but now em gona colour code em for sure. Yeh may be i can bring the Vinyls back. If used properly Vinyls look good on cars.

i too like to do all my own modifications (unless i cant "make" it my self)

but i dont have money to put vinyls on my free car so i'm using spray paint.

i taped off and put some racing stripes down the hood roof and truck and now i'm going to be doing some flames on the front with florescent construction spray paint.

neon green fading into florescent blue and then ito a kind of reddish pinkish orange color.

should look good under a black light.

but this is only the 2nd larger scale flame job i've done.

i want to get another one under my belt though because i will be doing metallic blue ghost flames on my silver jeep when i get the head put back on!

i will see if i can get a picture up of a sample flame job i did after i bought my air brush

anyone ever build their own rear wing?

i'm thinking about aluminum diamond plate but not sure on material or style yet
