gear stick movement

hi guys just wondering if you could help
when i take of from stopped and when changing gear my gear stick moves back and forward its a manual any help would be appricated

so you're saying it pops out of gear on its own? I'd point to engine mounts myself, I might be wrong though.

check your engine mounts,

if not, loosen the bracing bar and the u-bolt for the shifter linkage.
