spark leads...somethings not right...

ok heres the story, i went and bought some new 8mm spark leads today from autobarn, Just got home and chucked them in and the car but it ran like absolute shit, it basically didnt run. I may have not put them in right i dont know?

But now ive put the old ones back in exactly as they were and its still running on like 2 cylinders? have i permanantley damaged the engine?

It's got the numbers on the dizzy cap and standing in front of the car the spark plugs go 1-2-3-4 (left to right). Match the 2 up to check.

You must have mixed em up. Trace each lead back to the dizzy cap and check.

remember No.1 cylinder is the one next to crankshaft pulley/belts
