no, that is the tow bar you see rake.. the tow hook pokes out of the little hole in the bodykit, which isnt there.

its easy enough to loose, its only held on by 2 bolts.. usually if you take it off you will find you will lose it amongst all the other crap you have to remove to take off the rear bumper

Like stick said you can use fibreglass and bog, but i'm welding mine up with the lock on the bootlid.
