approx 37cm, (that's a TRX wheel) I reckon all other Pintara wheels would be the same diameter.

not sure i'm pritty sure the minumin is 350mm so if it that or over it should be right then though so mine its a really flat kinda bottom

from memory a steering wheel must be fully padded to comply with ADR, any exposed metal or wood makes it a defectable item...

having said that i've been in a mates 180 with a real small wheel and another mates with chrome in the centre much like that pic and cops havent even taken a second look at it...
