Welcome mate, now for starters, have you got mags, tinting or anything? they usually help a bit, but i don't really know about that, perhaps if you looked at the U12 looks department page (http://www.antrx.com/smf/index.php?board=18.0) or did a search or something as well (I'm not saying any of this meanly by the way, i know you are new, but some can get a bit touchy if you dont search and stuff  ;)) This should maybe even be in that section, I dunno... I'm tired...

Hey Thumbtack. U should ask Nizzan about his car. If i remember correctly it's an executive with trx skirts ?? Looks hella nice to.

Anyway the search feature is great, so is the  U12 style department.

gl and keep us informed on the mods you do  ;D

ok do i have to completely ban everyone except for moderators from uploading or can you guys learn to use the image tags? its not hard, and i know its not a big deal cause its only 49kb in this instance, but seriously, this isnt even something that has been downloaded from another website and then uploaded. you have uploaded an image that has been downloaded from the antrx server. its damn annoying.

in case you dont know.. type the following:

Code: [Select]
[img]http://www.website.com/folder/another_folder/image_name.jpg[/img]

its as simple as that and you wont piss me off.

thats good to hear imaspy...... guess i was just  unlucky huh? ah well shes nearly all done now, just getting my brakes done this weekend..... but it was a biatch getting to the water pump tho...... had to take all the casing off the side of the engine to get to it........ didnt realise id have to do that........ just curious but are all pintaras front wheel drive?  the way the engines positioned is a pain, being side to side not front to back.......

all u12 pintaras are fwd. the older r31 models are rwd. in japan, the pintara was known as a bluebird, and it came in fwd and awd models.

hey guys. thinking about going to a plastics welder (yes there is such a thing) and getting them to cut off my front and rear bumpers and put a spacer in and re-attach the bumpers again. this gives the effect of being lowered or hopefully it may even look like a kit! And it will be unique, one of a kind! but im not sure about the middle between the front and back wheels. Any suggestions? So what do you guys think of this idea?

you'd need to get some kind of sideskirts that matched the height of your lowered bumpers. if i were you, go to somewhere that does kits in brisbane, probably ares speed or um.. dmd i think it is (where sirtrx went) and get them to custom fit some skirts, then head off to the plastic welder and get them to mod the bars to match the height of the sideskirts.

hey again. well i did end up getting the plastics welder to check out my car and he recommended something i hadn't even thought of! he said i'd be better off just getting skirts put on. he said he can take measurements and do up a piar of skirts for me on the back the curve around to the back but don't block the back. he also said it won't interfere with the exhaust etc. i like that idea better. and for the pair its only going to be $120. this will make the back as low as the front already is. and he's also fixing up the front bumper as the last ppl that had my car rally neglected it and they somehow managed to pull the bumper out. and it hasn't really been a priority of mine until now. he said that to take it off and remould it will be $200, but he's going to try and find an entire pintara bar for me and that'll only be bout $80. so what do u guys think? after reading my novel u may not be able to think though! hehehe

alrighty. well cos im totally povo and my car kept breaking down, im only just getting my front bumper replaced. $250 for an entire bar. I thought that was alright but i could be wrong. Decided to spray my car black and a mate of mine who used to do spraying is going to do it for me which will hopefully be waaaaay el cheapo compared to go to a spray shop. although i was quoted $3500 to get black with blue pearl, so i guess thats alright.... still not doin it though.  :P now im hoping that i'll get a decent tax return this year and i plan on purchasing  some shmicko tyres. can i get larger tyres?
