Car Playing up

Hey all just thought i would ask your oppinions on my car. Well basically my car has been stalling very randomly e.g of this is last night coming home from movies pushed the clutch in and it stalled i was ok wierd started the car and while i was driving stalled while i was in third so i knew i had something wrong with my car. Going to work the other day i went and it was all slugish just jerking for atleast 50m. My dad thinks it might have something to do with the ejectors, plugs or engine mounts? any help will be appreticated

check your afm and ecu ground on the intake manifold also vacuum leaks.

make sure no vaccum lines have popped off or cracked (like chris said) pull your maf plug off and spray it with contact cleaner (sort've what chris said). Check for intake leaks too, sometimes the hoses that go between the maf and throttle body fall off.
