Head Light - ????

Hey guys and girls.

Last night my passenger side head light has blown out.

It was after 2 - 3 hours that my passenger had left the map / little reading light on above the dash board. Then when i started the car up she was out, but at high beam setting and parking light setting it appears normal.

So this makes me pose the question............ Is it just the globe in the head light?

So what your saying is the headlight doesnt work unless its on high beam? This makes sense as the parkers are a separate globe and the headlight bulb is dual filament so if you low beam has blown high beam will still work.

quick way to check is that if the other head light is working properly then swap the globes over. If it works properly in the other side too then its the globe.

Other issues could be in the indicator stalk, sometimes the connections need a clean up/possible adjustment.
