rattling at high revs

Hey guys. Putting an end to this thread/post.

Thanks for all the help. I finally got around to diagnosing what that noise was at a different mechanic. It took him 10 minutes to work it out.

Despite having 2 missing bolts holding my car exhaust and a loose exhaust manifold, the sound was actually my oxygen sensor on the headers/extractors from being loose.

So problem solved. Also because my o2 sensor was loose that also might be the reason as to why I got black smoke coming out my exhaust too, not actually my pistons which is a massive relief. So yeah I'm glad this shit is over.
