Manual Conversion
« on: Jan 19, 2008, 06:47PM »
Ok Guys.

I want to press on with the manual conversion to my U12 Ti Auto.

I'm going to use the Pintara T/Corsair Ghia 5 speed box without the LSD for the moment.

Can anyone help out with the necessary bits needed?

A pedal box including pedals, a flywheel, gear lever and remote arm assembly, gear lever boot assembly and anything else I would need.  I will buy new drive shafts.

Thanks in advance.

Dennis

Clutch master and slave cylinders and the tubing between the two?

I would recommend just attacking a 5spd wreck, CA20E or KA24E, won't matter as the gearbox bell housing and gear ratios are the only difference between the two boxes (in non-LSD form).

Its quite an easy conversion really, was easy enough on my AWD U12 as I had every part I needed before hand.  FWD would be even easier.
dont piss me off with your pillarless shit captain snappy wrist
