do the subaru 97 impreza front bar fit on the u12 91 pintara . i've looked at it and it will need modification but i just want to know how much mod it will need for me to fit it on there and side skirts and rear bar does anyone know of aftermarket parts.... .

Have a look at Dano's project. He's got a WRX front on there.
Basically its just the bit under the corner light back to the guard lip which needs a bit of modification.

Why the hell would u put an imprezza bar on a pintara?
It would look hiddious.

I quess theirs two kinds of people the customisers and the people who keep their car stock.i think it looks abit odd with a subaru bumper on a TRX but on the other hand they do look good with some nice rims and paint.

I'd say the 2 types of people are
Those that change the plastic parts on their car to make it look slightly different, or
Those that actually modify their car and make it better.
Seriously though, Your pintara is like 20 years old now mate, with a bumper from a 10+ year old car tacked onto it, it won't look cool, it will look like you put a different bumper on an old shit car.

I much prefer the trx's stock but that's just my preference.
Maybe I should keep an open mind to the diff styles n ideas that u guys have out there for your cars.

U12's generally are old shit cars now! the bumper gaps in the stock kit are horrible (20-30mm on the rear and similar on the front bumper).
I'd rather a WRX bar (only 5 years difference) over a stock U12 if I couldnt find a TRX lip (which are getting harder to find).

I'd say I'm both... think I'm growing out of both too.
