Title: boost controller in an attessa

I just bought a U13 attessa.
I have a manual boost controller to go on it.now, i was told that i should follow the tube going off the wastegate actuator and it should lead to the factory solenoid,but it go's into what i assume is piping to the intercooler. does this mean i dont have the factory solenoid? anyone have a pic of where the solenoid is? i couldnt see it.
