Title: Clear Front Indicators/JDM rear tailights, U12

I am considering replacing the amber front indicators from my series 1 U12 and replacing them with a clear type.. are there any other clear indicators that fit in the same place (ie Hilux or whatever) with minimal modification, as from what I have read in the posts most have been sourced from the US in bulk buys.
Secondly, I am chasing JDM tailights to replace the OE in my car, has anyone heard or some floating about in the SE Queensland area?

You could get these if you want to change the lenses.

Post by: HIRO on Jul 12, 2007, 07:18PM: Its simple. Most people here should know by now that the only way to get clear indicators is from an s13 Silvia. They are exactly the same indicator & lense as a u12. Just go and order a clear lense for an s13 an away you go.

yeh mate just press the search button in bar with lots of buttons near the top of this page and search for 'clear tail light' and look for the second or third article, its a diy by aussie_gli same one i used.

Post by: bones on Jul 16, 2007, 03:57PM: cheers hiro...picked up a set on the w/e but i was refering to tail lights mainly...struggling to get a hold of a pair can get damaged ones but no replacemet lenses...but the nz pintos had as stock as the jdm's is it possible to get them over in nz anyone know????
