Sikaflex removal
« on: Nov 28, 2002, 03:31AM »
Anyone know the best way to remove sikaflex (or other similar non-silicone based=polyurathane etc) plastic adhesives off painted surfaces without killing the paint job?

Cheers

ugh have fun, that stuff sticks like shit on a blanket!

i sikaflexed the bodykit on me trx, but had to remove it as it separated from each part and looked like shiat, most of the time it peels off get a paint scraper, that works best, smallest one possible. but due to a few parts being old and paint spliting it removed sum paint, but touch up paint fixed it up like a breeze.
