Help! Removal of Side Mirrors

Just like to know if anyone knows how to take the side mirrors off?, After looking at them and trying for about an hour i still cant get them off is there any easy way or is it all rough work?
trying to remove the mirrors on a Pintara TR.X if there is difference to other makes and models

Open the door and behind where the mirror sits you will see a little panel. Remove that panel and you will get to the bolts that hold the mirror on.

yea got it didnt know that those circles where plugs that have got to be removed
