Ok, so what's the deal with these? If i'm replaceing the springs and the shocks, I might as well do these seeing as people say they make quite a difference. There are obviously different types, and they come in a kit, yeah? Does a kit cover the whole car?

They only usually come in a kit for a certain component, ie left control arm, sway bar etc.
A kit to cover the whole car doesn't exist, it would be nice, but would cost upward of $500 if it did.

ive heard 390-450 for the lot.... either way it's not cheap & not really worth it in most cases

if u feel u want to do it, do it. otherwise just replace them with urethane when they need to be replaced.

yup that should do it. a while back i took my pinny in 4 a wheel alignment & they coudn't do it till i replaced the bushes in the control arms, they were fucked, eaten away by an old oil leak
