Title: Help - Cutting front bar

I was thinking of cutting out the horizontal part in the front bar, the area between the foglights, iv seen it one acouple trx's here but haven't been able to find any info on it
any help and advice would be appreciated  :)

get yourself a cutting disc and "carefully" go nuts.

just thought it looked good but wasn't sure about inside corner parts if you would use like a body filler type stuff or something else then paint it
