They are fine up to around 160kw at the wheels. 255lph walbro's are fairly cheap if you are worried about the stock pump around those power levels.

Or used in conjunction with a surge tank and something like an external Bosch 044, the stock pump is fine.

DE+T  you'll make that easy.  ;)
SleepaTI was sitting on that power, not sure if he had a stock pump or not.

Sleepa also had a big ass turbz, and a bunch of other modifications that I'd LIKE but realistically can't AFFORD (yaaay full time uni student!! ;D)

Most of his build I intend on replicating to a certain degree. He did manage to get a lot of good stuff reeeally cheap though, which I can't seem to do. =/

TBTH i'd be over the moon if i could pull 140 - double the power of the car atm. Plus I recently went trawling through the forums and saw far too many "so, i want 200kw atw but cheap and easy. tell me how to do it" threads, and I don't wanna be one of those guys.

i think you could easily get 140kw with a turbo making not much boost.

Log turbo mani = $300
T4 Turbo = $300 (say)
Intercooler kit = $600
ECU mod & tune = $500
Other stuff = $300

Total $2k

I suppose it does add up in cost... but at least you wont need a fuel pump  ;D

Last but not least.. they're in tank pumps we've got, any kits fit the pintara or is it just a matter of swapping over the pump and re-using all fittings?

I had mine replaced a year ago while it was at the shop (can't remember what brand it was). I'm not using it anymore so can try to pull it out and see what brand it was and give you a price if your keen.

Are you replacing yours because it is faulty or because will actually work the car beyond OEM specs?
Ill fight you. May even throw a bar of soap your way. Maybe a few wax strips and some clip on brembo brake calipers for your fooly sic civic.
