Out of reach for most, mostly due to lack of welding gear.

Turbo lines/coolant lines = $100
Again, depends on what you use, low ball you should be able to get lines done for under this, or to be real baller and run everything AN, figure $200ish.
AFM= rb25det $150 ish with a plug
Agreed, you can get away with the std MAF on a low boost (<6psi) setup with a retune.
Ecu= Nistune $ 300 or Aftermarket $2k ish fitted
Wouldn't bother with an aftermarket ecu unless you need the extra outputs, nistune/ nemesys (with a NVSram board - $70) / Moates Ostrich in a std ecu is more than enough, and can be converted to MAP too.
Dump pipe= $50 DIY
Again, most need to pay someone else to fabricate. Figure $100-200 as an estimate to get someone to fabricate a dump pipe.
Dyno tune = $750ish
Buy a wideband for that money and tune it on the road!!!!

Dealing with crankcase ventilation seems to be #1 issue, #2 being blowing out ring lands with too much timing and detonating the engine!
A built KA will shit all over a built SR. And if the sohc head ends up becoming a restriction and you don't want to spend $$$ on it, changes to a DE head.
