Hi.

just did the once over on the car and found where the metal pipe goes into the water pump the lower retaining bolt has some corrosion and is nipped up tight.

After running the car for 10 min's I notices some water weeping from that area.   :'(

so.

Any tips on the water pump's, and fitting them
I saw in another section supercheap had them, is it still the case?

Cheers
Chris

yeah supercheap has them... or at least can order them in.  There is also an ebay store in aus that always has a ka24de pump for sale, might be better option depending on how much supercheap want.

if its just the pipe and  connection it might even be worth getting one from a wrecker for about $30.  And just so you know... KA24E pumps do not fit on the DE... they look almost the same but are not! (even though they are supposed to be the same block)

Hey mate I had to do mine a few months ago and I ended up getting a genuine Nissan pump for $96.
