Autometer Install
« on: May 15, 2011, 05:41PM »
In the instructions for the autometer tachos it says to clip two certain wires if the vehicle is one pulse or one wire if it is two pulse. Anyone know what the CA20 u12 is?

I read on the Autometer website that the ka24e is 2 pulse but can't find anything on the ca20e. It does have a different ignition setup Jono so I wouldn't be suprised if it is one then. Can I do any harm to it if it's wrong? Only a matter of cutting another wire if it's not right anyway to fix it.

Just for the resord and anyone installing an autometer tacho they are 2 pulse. Only clip the one wire on the tacho.
