As dumb as this sounds, what tire pressure are you running?

40 psi but my tires say 44 psi, its not the tire pressure, the ac wasnt running, my dad replaced my clutch a few days ago, but the howling wasnt there before that, centre bearing maybe ? fucked if i know lol

Maybe too much air in your tyres, can make them howl.

Yeah anything mechanical (gearbox, bearings, brakes etc) you would likely hear below 20km/h.

My first thought was something to do with wind, gap in the door/window rubber or similar somewhere else.

nah it isnt anything to do with tire pressure, windows or anything, pretty sure its a bearing somewhere, or something to do with the gearbox,

Sounds like this
20kms wooooooow wooooooow wooooow
60kms and faster wowowowowowowow lol

I'm calling gearbox.. My bearings are worn and is doing what you have described..

When you clutch roll at that speed does it make any difference??

Either that or don't drive when there is a full moon...
Ill fight you. May even throw a bar of soap your way. Maybe a few wax strips and some clip on brembo brake calipers for your fooly sic civic.

my U13 does this, but its the shithouse 'olympic sprinter' tyres on the back of the car that do it, they are not perfectly round ::)

Made in NZ, go figure :P

The sound it makes is audible at low speed and at freeway speeds on smooth hot-mix road surfaces. Coarse chip stuff just drowns it out.

Get an air compressor with a blower attachment and blow it over the car from the front, aim for things that have been mentioned, see if it howls then... need to know if its something moving on the car, or when the car is moving....

Check your brakes, particularly the backing plates behind the rotor. One of mine came loose and made a fucking awful noise.

could quite possibly be the wheel bearings since u had the gearbox out how were the driveshafts tightened up? As have seen this abit when ppl overtighten the driveshaft nuts they crash the bearing

Rereading your post....if it hasn't been driven for a while, it's quite possibly just rust on the rotors where they have been exposted to the atmosphere. It only takes a light layer to cause a thickness difference between where the rust is and isn't from where the rotor was/is protected by the caliper/brake pads.

Take it for an easy drive, but get on the brakes firmly and it'll wear off the rust quickly.

Happens all the time when I don't drive my black T for more than 3-4 weeks and it's outside.

from my experience it could be wheel bearings (either worn out or not properly grased) or mayb the gearbox as well.
is it like a grinding sound or whistling sound. i have also seen whistling sounds to be emitted from loose panel etc like mayb the cornering lamp is loose and is having resistence against the wind.....just my 2cents.....

Is it like a whining sound? My bearings in the gearbox where on the way out and it was the sound i was getting.

Gearbox rebuild or swapover would be an option.

Jack the front up spin the wheels, might have don't the drive shaft bolts to tight, or see if your wheels wobble or get a loud exhaust so you can't hear it

Taking it to a shop and about 800-1200 bucks depending where you go. Basically they'll just replace the bearings in the box.

Digging up my own thread, I forgot to to you's that I replaced both my drive shafts from a pintara T and the noise disappeared, so it was either my wheel bearings or centre bearing.

i have heard this sort of noise on cars that need wheel alignments after big fixes, as in 50mm+ toe in sometimes dose it.

and ryan.. there are now no tires made in new zealand after our firestone factory shut down, we were the last.   ;)
