Post by: MAT792 on Apr 8, 2010, 05:21PM
ive recently being trying to upgrade the rear speakers in my corsair and when the headunit was changed by the previous owner the wiring was not correctly done, i tried just pulling the headunit out but its screwew in from both sides, and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the dash/centre console off to get the headunit out and wired properly

Pull ashtray out - 2 screws. 1 screw below the cigarette lighter, 2 above below the air-con controls, then there are a few below the switch panels either side of the steering column. Drop the steering column down on its adjustment and the big L-shaped panel will just fit out from behind it.

You should be able to work out the rest.
