Can anyone make sense of this?

Lol, I get what they are saying but thought I would share it with you guys.

This is what is written on the packaging that my JUN Flywheel came in.

Bahahhaha, man don't know if this is just a literal translation of Japanese or if someone couldn't write english or someone was high or maybe all 3 eh..... ;D ;D
