Round 2:
Dion: At age 53 you will perish under strange circumstances involving a gallon of lotion, two nine volt batteries, and a photograph of a bicycle.

but the most frequent one seems to be
Dion: At age 69 you will be struck by lightning while trying to move the antenna beside your mobile home in order to pick up late night adult movies.

Clearia: At age 78 will die from self defence.Picking up a bum from the side of the road, an act of kindness. But gets forced to stop the car, but loving her car to much and not wanting to give it up to some good for nothing bum, drives 150km into a tree..........
