Where to get cheap parts
« on: Jan 19, 2010, 12:18AM »
I Have just pulled off the intake manifold and found some issues with my u13. I have a split in a few major water hoses and the knock sensor was melted by some hot steam out of one of them. lol
I also need an oil filter, cam cover gasket, v belt that drives the aircon waterpump, and some other service items.

I would love to get a hose or gasket kit and a good price that gives more all i need and more.
Nissan did not have and listed, I did find a place in the US that sells some but I would like to see how people here have got there parts before I go sending my money overseas.

Let me know if you can help,

I will also be looking for some bumbers and a bonnet in the future if anyone has a wreck.
Oh I am in Qld

Autobarn
Repco
Bursons
Super Cheap
Yellow Pages.

Take your old hoses in and match something up off the shelf. It doesn't have to be exact. I got 2 or 3 hoses for my U12 by chopping up a Gemini heater hose that I found at Repco.
