92 nissan stanza throw out bearing damage

I need some new parts. here are some pics of what i need. thay were all damaged by my throw out bearing locking up.:(
The flywheel is ok i would just like to find a better one. if you know were i could get some better parts pls tell me.

MMM, messy.
All you will need is a clutch kit (which will come with the pressure plate, friction disc and thrust bearing) and a new thrust bearing fork (including the thrust bearing retainer clips).
You should be able to pick up the thrust bearing fork from a wrecker pretty cheap.
It looks ugly, but there's not a lot of $'s damage done.

dont forget to resurface your flywheel, i can see a couple scratches and some hot spots.  that must have sounded really bad when it happened.  good luck, at least your bellhousing looks more or less unaffected.   did you forget to change the bearing last time you did your clutch?  if you cant find the fork at a junkyard the dealer will prolly charge you up the ass for it, but thats prolly the hardest thing to find.
