Why?
What do you plan on doing?
Retuning the stock ecu is a far better option.

Stock computer with live edit/rom editor is more then adequate for what you need. Google it up. Alternatively just buy an antrx chip if you cbf researching.

Theres no plug and play management system for the KA24DE that I'm aware of, But theres a few Ecu's that Will do the job. Theres the Haltech they make a model for the ka24de but I still think it will need to be professionally wired in. Or as others said you could keep the stock ecu and run a chip or some sort of piggy back system like a G-reddy emanage.

If your on a budget id say best bet it to run the ka24de with the ka24de ecu and get a emanage or similar. But if you want to wank factor of a fully independent unit run a haltech at least there made for the ka24de.

Indeed no need for a fully independent after market ECU.  Piggy back is probably best option if you want to beable to tune it yourself.  Get it wired up professionally, but even that wont cost you too much.
I'm not sure how the progress witht the antrx DE chips are going with noss, but with a fairly inexpensive daughter board you could get tuned ECU from here and save a bundle.

bikirom for the ka24de, only way to go, unless your tuner is too stupid to work it out and you need a 'generic' piggyback.
