15 inch subwoofer enclosure!!

 I have just got a 15 inch .. MTX subwoofer... i ve been told its not on e of the best ..but i anway i will have to make do... I need a few tips on how to  make an enclosure  for this.. Hope anyone can help me out with any helpfull suggestions !! cheers

Find the specs on the speaker so u get the right volume and type of enclosure... eg, sealed / ported. Then go to bunnings and buy some 12mm mdf  ;D

18mm to 24mm mdf would be better, IMHO 12mm would flex....especially with a 15inch sub (or any high powered/large air movement application).

yes 12mm mdf flexed with my 12" sub and it was a fairly sturdy construction too.

ive made a 15inch box, 18mm mdf ported, easy as pm me if u want the diagrams and drawing etc
And there's not much I can say
