How do u get chilli off ur hands

this morning for breakfast i made myself an omelette and i decided to chop a chilli.. now i cant get the bloody shit off my hands and ive just rubbed my eye and it stings like hell... *ouch*

By the way ive tried soap, dteregent and almost anything u can put on ur hands to clean... aarrhh

alternatively try smothering you hands with honey, this may counteract the chilliness then try covering you hands with talcum powder to get rid of the stickiness.
