Interior bits and pieces...
« on: Feb 9, 2006, 12:36PM »
Hey guys im looking for somewhere to buy things like the roof handles and door handles, sun visors and that kind of interer stuff in black or another colour (havnt decided 100% yet) but i have no idea where to get them from.

If someone can point me in the right direction that would be fantastic.

Cheers

I have thought about spraying but its in a high use are and i dont think the paint will last.

Painting will be a last resort.

for handles, i reckon you could probably sus out some drawer handles etc from any hardware store.  a little ghetto, but a handles a handle.  and they're probably come in black plastic, so you wouldn't need to worry bout painting.

as for visors.  the best i could suggest would be to find some from a different car at the wreckers.  unless you wanted to re-trim them, which i imagine would be a bit of a task

Don't get drawer handles, they'd look waay too dodgy. There's two screw holes holding the factory grab handle on that are wider apart than any drawer handle I've seen.

Thanks for the offer but i need them in black...or i might just paint the ones i have now i think. Dark grey wont suit the colour scheme but thanks for the offer.
