Unless your planning to do HUGE mods to your car, where a heavy duty clucth is needed, I wouldnt bother....just get the standard one.
I had mine replaced about a year ago. My mechanic put some slighty better than stanard one in (only because it was made in Japan) and according to him, was better than the standards one mechanics put into cars. Got it at a standard price too, but it was far from a heavy duty one.
Its been about 10k and Im still pulling seconds
with a pretty much standard car.
So if you want to go the heavy duty, go for it...but for our car with few mods...I didnt see the point of the extra $$$$
As for brass button....was I wrong in assuming they are only used for HIGHLY modified cars generating 100's of kw? I always thought the only use of a brass button clucth was for like really quick sub 11 second cars?
