Try walking backwards either before,during & after,This can reduce a lot of tension in the body,We have agonist and antagonist muscles!?!
eg,4 every forward muscle  movement we have a reverse muscle movement.When u think how many forward movements we do not do hardly reverse movements  :o Yah its a big difference,food for thought especially if one is having problems,hamstrings, knees, calves, ankles,& low back problems,My student who ran the NSW Tae kwon-Do Olympics Squad tried my suggestion on his participants as one may know with there training which involves normal exercises as well as weights running kicking etc.had a marked reduction in all the above problems,Especially when preformed at the end of there workout,I highly recommend running backward ;) Just make sure that the rear path is clear.slow 4 a few weeks & like all things take it easy at first,CHEERS ps.
