Smoke Blowin.......!!HELP!!

hey ive got a 90 Ti KA24E thats blowin a bit of smoke l8ly .........its mainly when i start it up a little puff of white smoke comes out the exhaust....nd also when i take off or put my foot down........yeah its not black smoke its white......?    !!HELP!!

white smoke is coolant getting into your cylinders.. meaning head gasket usually.
