since i bought the car driven around 15,000 km hasnt ever moved from max

it's normal for the clutch and the brakes for that matter not to use any fluid. They're both hydraulic systems, and shouldn't leak.

If they do then that's when you've got a problem. Oil's different, it's allowed to go down a bit.

I second Chadza, but i'll be a little more polite. Please, and this goes for everyone, ask questions, and not make statements.

you know something like
"I've been driving my new car (1990 Pintara executive) for about 15,000 km now, and i've noticed that the clutch fluid is still full. Is this normal?"
