if they are the ones i have in my car... they are a straight bolt in...
...the reason i chose jbl over cadence is that jbl are a more respected brand and have been in the "game" longer
and to me cadence look, feel and sound cheap (just my opinion)

JBL for sure, still hand made, which you dont see too much of these days, and the come with an adaptor plate if the dont screw straight in.

Haha some alarms are fun :P

I'd go the JBLs too... JBL have been making decent quality speakers far longer than Cadence.
