I will have a look tonight to confirm, but I think I will be interested in the front engine mount.

Are you ok to arrange postage to Cairns?  If its a go , I will need to BSB you the money - that work for you?

Had a look.  The mount to the gearbox is the one I need.  The front engine mount is all good.

Is the gearbox mount for a manual?  And if the second-hand one is in good nick it would be the go I think.

Let me know.

Thanks :)

quick question, hopefully not too dumb....!

when swapping over an engine mount, is a jack under the gearbox or engine sufficient, or do I need an engine lifting frame to take the weight?

I am thinking that a jack under the gearbox should be sufficient, but before I create dramas for myself thought I would check first!

yeah mate jack under the box is fine. just make sure its balanced and not going to slip before fulling removing the bolts (loosened is fine)

when replacing the mount you will most likely have to bit of maneuvering of the engine/gearbox up and down with the jack as everything would have settled to the broken mounts position.
