Where to Buy parts from
« on: Dec 12, 2003, 05:08PM »
In what order would you go about sourcing parts for your car.....I presume from reading some of the other posts ( and boy, have I been reading a lot this past week!  :'( :'( :'(  )  That NISSAN would be the last to call , as they seem to be the dearest..but what about the others?

Wreckers?...autobarn, supercheap, local garage, performance centre..

Where would you start 1st to work your way down the list.....(.just asking for future reference)

It's hard to say.
Most places like autobarn/repco/bursons carry replacement parts, nissan is the last port of call on this one.
Performance parts...HA! unless it's a generic item, like a pod filter/piggyback ecu/etc, or a set of extractors, everything has to be custom performance wise.
It seems antrx are the only web based organisation here in australia that offer any form of KA performance parts (lifters, cams, chips, soon turbo manifolds  ;D)
