R31 Rb20det!!! i dont mind that.... Thought id better say sumtin good bout the R31 Pinny, last time i opend my fat mouth and said sumtin bout the r31 pinny ( not skyline) i got -4 Karma!! *lol* :'(

RB20DET's are very cheap now, i think the figure is around $1200-2000 for a complete engine w/box.
It's the only decent way to get an R31 Pintara moving.

yeah noone seems 2 want RB20's anymore.. they all rippen em out of their skylines and stikin in RB25 OR 26'S.

i rekon they still a sik motor!!!A pinny wit over 160KW would flog 2 tha bog!!!

To much work for me to bother.... Ca18det is about the only engine transfer id ever attempt & that would be with a mate at the least. Still quite handy to know :)

i dont think the process would be any different for the ca18 and rb20

Hey that's really interesting... if I had an R31 Pinnie I'd be looking at doing that for sure. ;)

Bro driving: 1990 Nissan Pintara TRX 5sp Red, 16" Rozzis, Lukey 4-2-1 ext, 2.5" full exhaust, hi-flow cat, cone cai, stg 3 chip,  low Kings, GT Gas shocks, Urethane bushings, slotted front rotors, 398000k and still going strong; 0-100 in around 7.2-7.4 seconds

Cle, go the RB20, i reckon that would be a easier cheaper and more power way to go for the R31 without having to whack on a huge turbo off the ca18!!
