The radiation does not seem to effect trees or grass anywhere near as much as animals or humans.

That might be the glowing forest she talks about....

word budgie. radiation, as far as the vegetable kindgom is concerned, is just like a fine dust coating things. there are some species that are susceptable to some effects of radiation, however all plant life is affected if their water supply is poisoned with radiation.
