wiring help needed

hey guys i want to put a rev counter gauge in my 91 corsia but i dont know what wire is the senser wire dose anybody know what wire it is

It will be the trigger wire going from the ecu to the intake side ignition coil (assuming it's a ca20, not a ka24). have you d/l'd the factory service manual for the pintara? it will have your answer in there.

There's a wire coming from the coils that stops at the 8-pin plug connecting the coils to the main loom of the car. Hook the signal wire of the tacho to that wire.
