Title: Just completed my Engine & Transmission rebulid

I finally finish upgrading & cleaning up the KA24E.

Heads: Ported & Extruded, Oversize Stainless Steel Valves, Higher rate Valve Springs, Gude Camshaft, Adjustable Cam Sprocket.
Engine Block: 0.5mm(0.020'') overbore, Arias 10.6:1 Forged Piston, Carillo Forged Rods, Toga Main bearing, Toga Rod Bearing, High Volume Oil Pump, Piston Oil jet installed
Transmission: Complete reduild with new bearing. 5 M/T with LSD, new Clutch
Intake: Ported.
4 New filed engine mount.
Complety cleaned and painted.

Just need to put it back in the car now

what valve springs did you use? those pioneer ones?

No, I could not find anyone that would ship these to Canada.  The company who made my head found another one that was compatible with a higher rate.  I still have the box, I will check the part number and brand.

Nice, I wish my stanza was an MT. How many miles/km did you have before the rebuild?

The motor and heads are from my first Stanza (1990), it had 420,000km.
The transmission and everything else is from the current stanza, a 1992 SE with around 240,000km

Motor and trans are bonted in, most connection are done.

Aluminium radiator arrived just in time:  Completely bolt on and it even has the connection for a cooler (Probably for Auto Trans)

Item # 290617129703, Says he is out of stock right now but will have more in 3 - 4 weeks.

The quality looks good except for the radiator cap (i reused mine)  and you can't complain about the price , I Paid $79.00 US (around $72.00 AUD) + Shipping.

The radiator?  It is made specifically for the stanza 90-92 from what I can see.
