U12 Electiric aerial

Alright i done a quick search but couldnt find anything. When i got my car it had no stereo in it and all of the stock wiring had the plugs cut off. Ive since installed a Pioneer deck and i cant find the wire to tell the aerial to go up. This deck doesnt have a seperate aerial output so ill just hook it up to the rem wire off the deck with a switch.

Ive tried probing a few wires with 12v too see if any will make it go up but no luck yet. Does anyone know what colour the wire is? and if theres only 1 that needs to bee hooked up?

Yeah there's only one that needs to be hooked up.

Use a test light with a bulb, not an LED in it, and hook the ground lead up to the constant power wire.

Probe all the spare wires in the loom with it and see if the aerial goes up.

And you've got the right idea with the amp remote wire. It's all you can do with decks that only have one remote output.

Yeah i have probed the wires and nothing happened, ohwell ill have to have another look at it.

im pretty sure nissan elec antenna wire is black with a red stripe
