There are a few stickers on my car (came with it), and the number of times people actually look at them is much higher than i had ever thought.  Plus it does give it that slightly more jap spec sport look, cant deny it.  I did always think that they looked a bit dicky untill i got this car.

<RANT>
Personally I think it depends on the sticker as to whether I can appreciate it or not.  Bodykits to me are absolutely fine, as dumbass and ridiculous as some of them look to me I can appreciate that someone would put a kit on their car to make it suit them, or look cooler to them (and maybe to others around them).  I have no problem with it because people will look at it and think, "Cool/Shit car, Cool/Shit Bodykit".

Now Stickers are the same in my opinion, unless they are advertising something which just isn't the case, in which case I'll agree with Jono that they are very Wank.  The number of "claimed" Rally Art Magnas and Evo Lancers I've seen (Even *cough* Evo Lancer Mirages) really does astound me.  The problem isn't with someone adding a nice big "Nissan" sticker to their Nissan because they like it and it suits them and people say "Cool/Shit car, Cool/Shit Sticker".  It's when they add a "NISMO" sticker to their stock shithouse pulsar, and people look at it and go "Wow, NISMO Pulsar...Fuck NISMO is shit, Check out my fully fukin schmick SS Common-Whore with Chrome dinner plate mags, ass scraping the ground and gold fluffy dice that make you wanna scream Yeeeouuuch!"  Then whoever they're with looks at the Pulsar and agrees.

If you've got it and you want to then flaunt it.  If you haven't got it then get your dick out of your hand.  Your mum probably doesn't want those stickers all over her car anyway.

i don't have a problem with stickers down the side of the door as long as the parts are in the car.

I don't have a problem with smallish stickers. Big stickers look a bit gay.

I only got four stickers on my car. An antrx.com sticker in the middle of back window at the top. A penrith engine services at the bottom of the back window. Pedders suspension in the corner of window. And a rego sticker on the front window.

I used to have a sticker that read "this is lion country where on a quiet day you can hear the fords rusting". Needless to say I took it off for obvious reasons (I drive a ford). And I used to have a 'Stage Co Car Audio' sticker of top of front window but then window got broken.

I don't have a problem with stickers/decals so long as it is not over the top

i have to admit, i have a thing for stickers... i absolutely love my <car> on the front windscreen and </car> on the back windscreen</nerd> :P a lot of people seem to like it also, even though i am almost entirely sure they have no idea what it means "hur, that car says car! ain't that funny LAWL".

i also admit... i have the token "ford vs holden" sticker on the back  :o it amuses me when those mupping bogans in their commodores littered with HSV stickers and a fake "club sport" badge pull up behind me with their gangsta lean on and their shitty factory fitted speakers balring something that sounds more distorted than the crappy hold music on the telephone to read "And on the 8th day God created Holdens... to keep D**K HEADS out of FORDS". it really makes my day to see the looks on their faces, and even more so to find out it's a girl driving :P

lol sorry about hi jacking the thread, yeah last night was quite strange, so i thought i would surf the net to look at wat mods i could do to my trx. i think the only decal i would put on my car is the antrx.com sticker, for the simple reason of ppl thinking i was a nob to put a shopping list on my old car, a N15 Pulsar. that was one big mistake and i still cop crap about it :P

Know I'm digging up an old thread but what about the new model Nissan Patrol trayback around Rock-vegas with Ralliart 'banners' on both windows, not to mention a couple of Nismo and Trust sponsered Dunny-dores.

But otherwise what does the multi flag sticker on the guard mean? Worldwide peace maybe...not sure.
